Pastor Michael CrandallSenior PastorPastor Mike is a uniquely gifted communicator of God's Word whose heart for the church has been demonstrated in ministry for more than 35 years. Pastor Mike began work here at Harvest as the janitor in 1975. He has also served as the youth pastor, the associate pastor, and became Senior Pastor in 1992. Pastor Mike's pastoral personality has always been a "down to earth" and approachable one. He is willing to do whatever his hand finds to do in caring for God's church. His purpose is to see people come to faith in Jesus Christ, to see them mature as Christians, and to help them find God's direction and purpose for their lives. |

Pastor Ralph GoodrichAssociate Pastor / Church Administrator / MissionsPastor Ralph has been on staff here at Harvest since 1984. Ralph comes from a background in law enforcement where he served as a lieutenant with the San Diego Sheriff's Department for thirteen years. In addition to his pastoral duties, he oversees the legal, business, and administrative affairs of the ministry. He also works with various groups on community activities, mission related outreaches, and is the Coordinating Director for the Lakeside Christian Helps Center. Ralph's passion is to see people pursue God's direction in their personal lives and activities. |

Daniel DaileyWorship LeaderDaniel began attending Harvest in 1995 as a teenager. He began leading worship in the youth group a couple years later, and has been involved with music at Harvest ever since. His heart has always been to help bring others to a greater understanding of what it means to live a life of true worship and enjoy the freedom that comes from that daily experience with God. Daniel also serves as an Elder at Harvest and has a heart to serve the body of Christ in whatever capacity is needed. |
